Pause & Look For the Traps

1. Never Believe, “It Won’t Happen to Me“ : Be mindful when you open emails. It’s easy to be easily swayed by what these emails are asking you to do so keep your eyes open and be aware that not all links in emails are trustworthy.
   
   
2. Ask Yourself These Questions : Who is this from? Would they send this link to me? What is the subject of this email? How does the domain of this email compare to previous emails that I have received from this company?
   
   
3. Make Sure You Have an Antivirus Software : We’ve said it before and we will say it again, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. So make sure you have a reliable antivirus software and that it’s up to date on all your devices. It may just be the very thing that saves you from losing your precious data.
